Today is my birthday! Valerie bought pork chops for us to have for supper. And I cooked a perfect pork chop! I even got the diamond pattern! I'm totally stoked about it.

The chop looks great! Hope you had a wonderful birthday. I was in San Antonio that morning and started to call to wish you a happy birthday, but I figured it was too early for you. Didn't want to wake you on your birthday, but I was thinking about you. By the time I got to the layover it was too late to call. I got home on Tuesday afternoon and I'm flying to Russia today, will be back on Saturday.
