CONGRATS! I didn't know you guys were in the process! Isn't it fun to get to pick your own paint and do things without worrying about getting the deposit back? We have only painted Erin's room in our house ... castle walls on the bottom, and a light pink on the tops, with a canopy over the bed, and a blue window seat (intended for a reading corner, but used as a cosmetic/potion concocting/jewelry storage area). Isn't packing/moving fun with a toddler?! Enjoy the process ... we are gaining on the unpacking part (it's only been 6 months!), and just bought furniture for our upstairs living room, and are working on a big artsy piece for the wall above the couch. Avery finds it fun to stand on the picture frames that are on the floor, but enjoys the stairs a bit more. It's funny how she's taught herself how to go down them without falling. She refuses the "on the tummy going backwards" way, sits, facing forward, scooting one step at a time. She longs to use the banister, but isn't tall enough yet. Anyway, Congratulations, again, and we'll look forward to more pictures!
What fun! The colors are wonderful. I'm sure you can't wait to get everything moved in and in its place. Just think, once everything is in place you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your beautiful home. All of that work will be worth it! I've also heard that you are really enjoying having a washer and dryer "in house". That really makes life easier, especially with a toddler.

Thanks for the pictures of the house. We are enjoying watching the transformation. It looks great.
